Payment Plans
We will consider payment plans for orders over £350 although it does depend on the space we have available at the time as it ties up a slot in our racks for the period of the plan. For a three month plan terms are a 10% (non refundable deposit) followed by stage payments to be agreed on an individual basis but which must be made within a maximum three month period. If you fail to complete your payment plan the instalments are non-refundable. If for any reason we are unable to provide the animal your deposit and any stage payments will be refunded or, if you wish, can be set against an alternative purchase.
Payment
We can take payment via bank transfer to the UK Exotics account or debit/credit card payments via our Paypal account (there is a 3% surcharge for this to cover Paypal fees)
Warranty / Health Guarantee/Quarantine
All livestock is guaranteed and checked when it leaves here. We pride ourselves on the conditions in which we care for our animals with ambient temperatures, humidity and hot spots all carefully controlled. We operate a strictly closed collection which means that no animal is added to our breeding room until it has been quarantined for 6 months and a stool sample checked by the vet. We can therefore be confident that anything leaving us has not been exposed to any viruses, bacteria or parasites whilst in our collection. However, we cannot be held responsible for the conditions in which animals are kept when they leave us so we will warranty anything we sell for 24 hours after receipt which is long enough for most pre-existing conditions to become apparent. We urge all clients to read the care sheets that can be found on this site. In addition - particularly if you have received an animal via a courier delivery, you must ensure that you quarantine any new addition to your collection in a separate room for a minimum of three months. This will allow you to monitor the new arrival whilst protecting your existing collection from anything that may have been picked up in transit. Our liability is limited to the animal we sell to you and not your whole collection - it is your responsibility to ensure that you take appropriate steps to protect your existing animals.
